Delivery
Standard UK delivery takes 3–6 working days; Express delivery arrives in 2–3 working days. International delivery is available at checkout — rates and timelines are calculated by destination.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unmarked, and in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us with your order number and we'll send instructions.

Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Let us know within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange an exchange. Because each pair is made to order, an exchange is a fresh make — we'll confirm the timeline when you get in touch.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
